Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. Goat cheese (300 g)
  • 2 T cream
  • ½ cup each diced, roasted red pepper, grilled zucchini
  • 12 sheets phyllo dough
  • ½ cup melted butter

Step 1




Mix filling ingredients together. Fold one sheet of phyllo dough in half width ways, keeping remaining sheets covered with damp cloth. Brush with melted butter. Spread 1/12 of goat mixture on top edge of dough; fold in sides and roll to form a cylinder; brush ends with melted butter, press to seal. Place roll on baking sheet and continue with remaining sheets. Brush rolls with any remaining butter. Bake at 400 for 10 min. or until golden brown. Serve warm.
