Ingredients

  • Mix well:

  • 1

    pt. sour cream

  • 2

    eggs

  • 1

    sm box instant vanilla or chocolate pudding mix

  • ½ cup Kahlua, strong coffee or water

  • ¼ cup oil

  • Add: 1 box dark chocolate fudge cake mix

  • Until smooth, do not over mix.

  • Add: 1 - 12 oz bag of chocolate chips (optional)

  • Mixture will be very thick. Pour (drop) into Bundt® style cake pan. Bake at 350* for 70 min. Cool until cake is warm. Place plate on top of pan, flip over, and dump cake out onto plate.

  • Mix:

  • ½ cup powdered sugar

  • 2-3

    tsp Kahlua, coffee, orange juice or milk

  • Drizzle over cake while cake is still warm.
