Ingredients
- 1/2 c olive oil
- 2 tbl garlic
- 48 whole little neck clams
- salt, pepper and chopped parsley to taste
- 1 c white cooking wine
- (chablis)
- chopped basil
- 2 pd linguine
Preparation
Step 1
saute garlic in olive oil
add clams
sprinkle salt, pepper parsley
cove skillet & keep shaking pan so garlic doesn't burn - 2 minutes
add wine basil to clams
when clams open, they are done
cook linguine
add a little of pasta cooking water to sauce
