Ingredients
- 1 Tbs olive oil
- 1lb ground turkey
- 2 (10.75 oz) cans low sodium tomato soup
- 2 (15oz) cans kidney beans, drained
- 1 (15oz) can black beans, drained
- 1/2 med onion, chopped
- 2 Tbs chili powder
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/2 Tbs garlic powder
- 1/2 Tbs ground cumin
- 1 dash pepper
- 1 dash allspice
- salt to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Heat the oil in a skillet over med heat. Place turkey in the skillet, and cook until evenly browned;drain.
Coat the inside of slow cooker with cooking spray, and mix in turkey, tomato soup, kidney beans, black beans and onion. Season with chili powder, red pepper flakes, garlic powder, cmin, pepper, allspice, and salt.
cover, and cook 8 hours on low or 4 hours high
