Best meat balls ever

Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 about 1-1/2 pounds Very lean ground beef
  • small jar of grape jelly
  • 1 jar of bennetts coctail sauce (not seafood sauce)
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 about 1/2 cup of finely crated bread crumbs
  • Pinch of both salt and pepper.

Preparation

Step 1

Mix gound beef egg and bread crumbs together;and salt and pepper and mix.

Form the mixture into small bite sized meatballs and brown on top of the stove.

Transfer the meatballs to a baking dish and mix with both the grape jelly and the whole bottle of bennets.

Place in a 325 degree oven for about 1/2 hr.

Serve with cheese and crackers. These meatballs are the best
