Ingredients
- 2 cups red wine
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 3 sprigs parsley
- 2 sprigs fresh thyme
- 6 cracked peppercorns
- 1 small bay leaf
- 2 clovers
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all the ingredients in a pan, and simmer over medium heat for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and add salt to taste; chill the mixture.
