Oat Snack Mix

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup butter
• 1/3 cup honey
• 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
• 1 tep.cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 3 cups oat cereal squares
• 1 1/ cups old-fashioned rolled oats
• 1 cup pretzels
• 1 cup mixed nuts

Preparation

Step 1

In saucepan, combine butter, honey, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Heat until butter meltsm stirring until sugar dissolves. In large bowl, combine cereal, oats, pretzels, and nuts. Drizzle with butter mixture and mix well. Bake in 9x13 pan at 275 degrees for 45 minutes. Stir every 15 minutes. Yields: 6 cups
