Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chilled brewed espresso or strong dark roast coffee
- 1/2 cup fat free milk
- 1/2 ripe banana
- 3/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/8 tsp ground cardamom or cinnamon (optional)
- 1 long cinnamon stick
Preparation
Step 1
Combine coffee, milk, banana, vanilla, sugar, and cardamom or cinnamon (if using) in a blender and blend at high speed until smooth and frothy. Serve in a tall glass with a cinnamon stick as a stirrer.
