Pineapple-Onion Pork Chops

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 6 boneless pork loin chops, 3/4" thick
- 3 Tblsp butter
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 1/2 cups pineapple juice
- 2 Tblsp brown sugar
- 2 Tblsp honey mustard

Preparation
Step 1
In large resealable bag, combine flour, salt, and pepper. Add pork chops and shake to coat. In skillet, brown the chops on both sides in butter. Transfer to greased 9x13 baking dish. Add water, place onion over chops, cover and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. In saucepan combine pineapple juice, brown sugar, and mustard. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, and simmer uncovered for 10 minutes. Pour over pork. Bake uncovered 5-10 minutes longer or until meat juices run clear.
