Ingredients
- 1/2 ½ C. butter, softened
- 1 C. packed brown sugar
- 1/2 ½ C. sugar
- 2 C. flour
- 1 C. buttermilk
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3 Heath bars, chopped
- 1/4 ¼ C. chopped pecans
Preparation
Step 1
Blend butter, sugar and flour; set aside ½ cup. To remaining butter mixture, add buttermilk, egg, baking soda and vanilla; mix well. Pour into a greased and floured 9x13.
Combine Heath chunks and pecans with the reserved butter mixture; sprinkle over cake.
Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool on wire rack.
