Bleu Cheese Crumble
- 9 ounces bleu cheese, crumbled
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/2 ½ cup chopped red onion
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- Pepper to taste
Preparing the cheese, garlic and onion: if not crumbled do so. Chop garlic. Chop red onion.
Blend garlic, onion, olive oil, vinegar and lemon juice.
Combineall of everything and mix
Chill for one hour before using.
