Chinese Baked Chicken Wings

Easy baked chicken wings in a quick marinade. Can also be steamed.

Ingredients
- 30 center wing portions
- 1/8 cup soy sauce
- 1/8 cup dry sherry
- 1 / clove crushed garlic
- 1 tsp. grated fresh ginger
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1 green onion, chopped
Preparation
Step 1
Marinate the wing portions in the remaining ingredients for 15 minutes. Steam for 5 minutes.
If you wish to bake them, add an additional teaspoon of sugar to the marinade. Bake at 375 degrees for 35-40 minutes, or until the wings are browned and tender.
