Ingredients
- 3 tbs. pine nuts
- 2 cups basil
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 1/4 ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 tbs. grated Pecorino cheese
- 5 oz. olive oil
Preparation
Step 1
In a large mortar place pine nuts, basil, garlic, and salt; grind with a pestle until the mixture resembles a paste. Add the cheeses and drizzle in oil, beating with a wooden spoon. Store mixture in jars, topped with olive oil.
