Ingredients
- 2 pnds chicken breasts cooked and shredded
- 1 can chopped green chilis
- 1 envelope taco seasoning
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 1 18.6 oz can tortilla soup
- 12 tortilla chips
- 1 can enchilada sauce 10oz
- 1 cup colby/mont jack cheese shredded
- 3 chopped green onions
- sour cream

Preparation
Step 1
place chicken, chilis, taco seasoning, stock and soupinto pressure cooker; stir and secure lid-set to stew and timer to 15 min
when cooking is complete add chips enchilada sauce and cheese;stir and secure lid- set to veggie and timer to 3 min
garnish with our cream and green onions
