  • 2 pnds chicken breasts cooked and shredded
  • 1 can chopped green chilis
  • 1 envelope taco seasoning
  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • 1 18.6 oz can tortilla soup
  • 12 tortilla chips
  • 1 can enchilada sauce 10oz
  • 1 cup colby/mont jack cheese shredded
  • 3 chopped green onions
  • sour cream



Step 1

place chicken, chilis, taco seasoning, stock and soupinto pressure cooker; stir and secure lid-set to stew and timer to 15 min
when cooking is complete add chips enchilada sauce and cheese;stir and secure lid- set to veggie and timer to 3 min
garnish with our cream and green onions
