- 1 - 40 oz can cut sweet potatoes in light syrup, drained
- 1 TB butter buds sprinkles - dry
- 1/4 cup light maple syrup
Break up sweet potatoes with fork.
With hand held mixer on low speed, mix everything together for 1 minute or until mashed to desired consistency.
Heat in microwave for 2 minutes or until fully heated.
