  • 1 pound sausage
  • 6 slices bread (crumbled)
  • 1/4 cup grated cheese
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1/2 to 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups milk

Step 1

Brown sausage and drain. Add bread, cheese, mustard,and salt. Beat eggs and milk. Add the other ingredients. Pour into greased casserole pan. Refrigerate (covered) Bake at 350 for 45 minutes covered, then uncover and turn down to 325 for 15 minutes more
