MUSTARD SAUCE ( FOR THE HOLIDAY HAM )

Ingredients

  • 1/3 c. vinegar
  • 1/2 c. tomatoe soup
  • 1/2 c. prepared mustard
  • ........................
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/3 c. butter
  • 3 eggs (beaten)

Preparation

Step 1

*mix first 3 ingredience togeather in a bowl and set aside

* combine last 3 ingredience into a double boiler. cook and stir until smooth

*combine all ingredience
*cook over medium heat
*stirring constantly until thick and smooth
**store in refriderator up to one week
**serve chilled or at room temp.
