Ingredients
- 1 c. crushed pineapple, not drained
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 small OR 1 large pkg. apricot Jello
- 2 c. boiling water
- 1 large pkg. cream cheese
- 3/4 c. apricot nectar
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 c. nuts
- 1 large carton Cool Whip
Preparation
Step 1
Combine in a saucepan the undrained pineapple and the sugar. Bring to a boil. Add the Jello and the boiling water. Let cool. Beat the softened cream cheese and the apricot nectar together and add to the still warm Jello mixture. As the Jello mixture begins to jell, add the celery, nuts and Cool Whip. Refrigerate.
