  • Orange juice 1/2 cup 125 mL
  • Dry white (or alcohol-free) wine 1/2 cup 125 mL
  • Chopped fresh cilantro or parsley (or 1/4 cup 60 mL

  • Chopped fresh mint leaves (or 1 tbsp., 1/4 cup 60 mL

  • Olive (or cooking) oil 2 tbsp. 30 mL
  • Liquid honey 2 tbsp. 30 mL
  • Garlic cloves, minced (or 1/2 tsp., 2 mL, 2 2

  • Grated orange zest 1 tsp. 5 mL
  • Ground cumin 1 tsp. 5 mL
  • Ground cinnamon 1/2 tsp. 2 mL
