Ingredients

• 1 yellow cake mix
• 1 small box vanilla pudding (can be instant)
• 2/3 cup oil
• 4 eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 8 oz sour cream
• chopped pecans

Preparation

Step 1

Mix cake mix, pudding, oil, eggs, vanilla and sour cream. Pour 1/2 mixture into a greased and floured angel food bundt pan. Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon and pecans. Add rest of cake mixture sprinkle cinnamon, sugar and chopped pecans. Bake at 350 for 1 hour
