Beef Roast w/ Gravy Crockpot

Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh baby carrots
  • 1 (4 ounce) can mushrooms, drained
  • 1 (3 pound) chuck pot roast
  • Garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper
  • 2 cups beef stock
  • 1 package onion soup mix
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) cream of mushroom soup
  • 3 tablespoon beef gravy mix

Preparation

Step 1

Place carrots & mushrooms in bottom of crockpot. Put roast on top and sprinkle with garlic powder, salt & pepper.

Combine remaining ingredients together and pour over roast. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours.

Combine small amount of water and cornstarch and pour into roast liquids 10 minutes before serving to thicken gravy. Beef will shred.
