Ingredients
- One 6 ounce pkg butterscotch chips
- 5 tbsp margarine
- 1 and1/2 cups of graham wafers
- One 8 ounce pkg cream cheese
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Preparation
Step 1
1.Preheat oven to 300
2. Over low heat melt butter and chips
3. Remove from the heat and stir in the crumbs
4. Set aside 1/2 of the mixture press the remaining mixture in a 8 x8 pan.
5. Combine the cream cheese and sugar until smooth .
6. Blend in the eggs flour and lemon juice.
7. Spread this over the base.
8. Sprinkle the remaining crumbs on the top and bake for 25 -30 minutes.
