Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/2 C. mayo
  • 1/2 C. sour cream
  • 3/4 C. parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. (or more) dill weed
  • 1 can artichoke hearts-drained and chopped
  • 1 C. grated mozzarella

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together and bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until bubbly and heated through.

Serve with BIG wheat thins, crackers or tortilla chips
