Ingredients
- 2 C. water
- 1 1/2 1 ½ C. diced carrots
- 2 C. diced potato
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 ½ C. diced celery
- 1/4 ¼ C. diced onion
- Boil 10 to 12 minutes. DON’T DRAIN. Add 1 C. cubed cooked ham.

SAUCE:
Add ¼ C. flour to ¼ C. melted butter. Stir to make paste. Add 2 C. milk whole stirring constantly. Add 2 C. grated cheddar cheese. Add to vegetables and ham mixture
