  • 1/2 ½ C. diced celery
  • 1/4 ¼ C. diced onion
  • Boil 10 to 12 minutes. DON’T DRAIN. Add 1 C. cubed cooked ham.

SAUCE:
Add ¼ C. flour to ¼ C. melted butter. Stir to make paste. Add 2 C. milk whole stirring constantly. Add 2 C. grated cheddar cheese. Add to vegetables and ham mixture
