Coffee Cream Cheese Danish

Ingredients

  • 2 tubes crescent rolls
  • 2 (8 oz each) pkgs cream cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 egg yolk *save white
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

Press 1 pkg. crescent rolls into 9x13. Mix cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, vanilla, egg yolk. Spread on crust. Press other tube of crescent rolls on waxed paper closing perforations. Place on top of cheese mixture. Beat white slightly and brush on top of rolls. Mix 1/2 cup sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350^ for 20-25 minutes.
