Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 # brown sugar
- 1 cup white sugar
- 12 oz. peanut butter
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 4 1/2 cup quick oatmeal
- 1/4 # chocolate chips
- nuts optional
- 1/4 # M & Ms
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Drop by teaspoons 2" apart on greased cookie sheet. {Make balls and flatten make the nicest cookie.} Convection oven...10 min. in 350 oven.
You can double the recipe very easily.
