Mustard and Herb Crusted Lamb

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. Panko
  • 2 spoons Garlic
  • Parsley
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 rack of Lamb
  • Dijon Mustard
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Preparation

Step 1

1. Stir together Panko, parsley, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Add EVOO as needed and combine well.
2. sear lamb in oven proof saute pan (all sides)
3. spread mustard and meat side of lamb - spread out Panko blend on top of mustard.
4. place in 425 oven for @ 20 min (135 degrees)
5. let sit 8 to 10 min cut and eat
