Ingredients

  • 4 tbl margarine
  • 1/2 c chopped onions
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 4 tbl flour
  • 2 Cups skim milk
  • 3 oz grated swiss cheese
  • 1 - 10 oz frozen chopped spinach
  • or 2 cups fresh spinach - then cook
  • 1 oz parmesan cheese
  • 8 oz cook shrimp
  • 3 oz uncooked lasagna noodles
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg

Preparation

Step 1

cook lasagna
saute onions, garlic and margin - stir
in flour and milk.
cook until thick - stirring constantly
add cheese - remove from heat
combine half of cheese sauce w spinach and parmesan cheese

In 8" square baking dish spray with non stick
layer noddles, seafood and sauce

use reserved sauce without the spinach for top layer
sprinkle nutmeg
