Baked Spinach Artichoke Scoop

  • 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 pkg frozen spinach drained and squeezed dry (10 oz./300g)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 pkg cream cheese, softened
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • ¼ tsp pepper



Step 1

In bowl, stir together artichoke hearts, spinach, mozzarella cheese, ¼ cup of the parmesan cheese, cream cheese, garlic, sour cream, lemon juice and pepper. Spoon into 4-cup casserole dish. Sprinkle with remaining parmesan cheese. Bake in 350 oven for 15-20 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
