Ingredients
- 2 c cooked chicken, 1/2 in cubes
- 2 c celery, thinnly sliced
- 2 c toasted bread cubes
- 1 c mayonaise
- 1 c shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c sliced almonds, toasted
- 2 T lemon juice
- 2 t minced onion
- 1/2 t salt
Preparation
Step 1
heat oven to 400*. Spray 2 1/2 quart casserole dish with pam. In large bowl, combine chicken, celery, 1 c bread, mayo, 1/2 c cheese, almonds, lemon juice, onion, and salt. Spoon into baking dish; top with remaining bread and cheese. Bake for 20 minutes, or until bubbly. Serve warm or at room temperature.
