Custard

Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp cornstarch
  • 3 Tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • shake salt
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups milk

Preparation

Step 1

Scald the 2 cups milk. Meanwhile mix the remaining ingredients together. Add a bit of the hot milk and mix well. Pour back into the milk and heat until thickened and just barely boiling.
