Cola Chicken

Ingredients

• 4 boneles, skinless chicken breast shopping list
• 1 12ounce can diet cola (Coke -pepsi)
• shopping list
• 1 cup ketchup shopping list
• 1 onion, finely diced

Preparation

Step 1

Place chicken in stew pot.
Mix together cola, ketchup and onion.
Pour over chicken.
Cover and simmer approximately 1 hour. Remove lid and cook on medium to high until sauce thickens.
