Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 large clove garlic, minced
- 1 can (10 3/4-oz.) condensed tomato soup
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1 1/2 c. quick-cooking rice, uncooked
- 1 Tbs. Worcestershire
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- Generous dash of pepper
Preparation
Step 1
In skillet, cook beef, green pepper, and onion with garlic until vegetables are tender; stir to separate meat. Add remaining ingredients. Cover; cover over low heat 10 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
