Loch Ness Bars

Ingredients

  • FROSTING:
  • 1/2 c butter
  • 1 c chocolate chips
  • 1 c peanut butter
  • 1 10 1/2 oz pkg miniture marshmallows
  • 4 1/4 c rice krispies cereal
  • 1 cup peanuts, optional
  • Melt butter chocolate and peanute butter over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir til melted. Add cereal and nuts. Spread into a buttered 9x13 pan and refrigerate til set.
  • 1 c chocolate chips
  • 1 c butterscotch chips

Melt chips and spread over top. refrigerate til set.
