- 1 cup whipping
- 2 pkg (100g each) white, milk or dark Toblerone Chocolate Bar
- 1/2 pkg. cream cheese
- 5 egg yolks
- 1 Tbsp sugar

Step 1
Microwave whipping cream on medium for 3-4 minutes. Add 2 pkg. (100g each) white, milk or dark Toblerone Chocolate Bar and ½ pkg. (250g) softened cream cheese. Stir with wire whisk until cream cheese and chocolate are melted and mixture is well blended. Whisk in 5 egg yolks. Pour mixture into four ½ cup ramekins. Place in shallow baking dish and fill half with water. Bake at 300 for 45-50 minutes or until just set. Cool completely, then refrigerate overnight. Sprinkle each ramekin with 1 Tbsp sugar just before serving. Broil until sugar melts. Serve immediately.
