Cream Cheese Chicken and Rice
- 12 oz cream cheese (8 oz flavored and 3 oz plain )
- 1 can cream chicken/mushroom herb soup
- 1 can of water
- 2 pkgs of Zesty Good Seasons salad dressing
- Italian seasoning
- bits size pieces of chicken
Cut chicken into bite size pieces.
Sprinkle with Good seasoning.
Sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
Brown the chicken.
Mix soup and cream cheese and water (look for consistency).
Pour over chicken.
Cover and Bake 350* for 30 min
Cook Yellow Rice as a side.
