Ingredients
- ¼ pound butter
- ¼ pound margarine
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- ½ cup lemon juice
- ¼ cup flour
- ½ tsp. baking powder
- 2 lemons – rind grated
Preparation
Step 1
Mix first four ingredients and pat into 9 x 13 inch casserole dish. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Slightly beat the eggs, add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour over the top of the hot crust. Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350. Remove from oven and dust with powdered sugar.
