Spinich Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 pkg knorrs vegtable soup mix
  • 1 can water chestnuts drained and diced
  • 1 pkg frozen chopped spinach thawed and drained well
  • 1 loaf unsliced rye or round bread.

Preparation

Step 1

Combine sour cream with mayo. Add dry soup mix, water chestnuts and spinach. Mix well refrigerate for several hours.

Cut center of bread out as much as possible. Cut bread into cubes and use for serving dip. Dis is also good with fresh veggies or crackers.
