hot 'n spicy artichoke dip

Ingredients

  • 2 cans (13oz artichoke hearts - NOT MARINATED
  • 3/4 cup mayonaise
  • 1/3 cup parmesian cheese
  • 1/2 tea garlic powder
  • 2 sm cans of jalapeno peppers - any kind
  • can use one mild/one hot - our choice

Preparation

Step 1

chop (food processor) artichokes, then add all of the remaining ingredients
put in a shallow pan or pie plate. top with shredded cheese
bake at 300' for 30 minutes or nuke till melted

serve with tortilla chips or pretzels
