Ingredients
- 4 chicken breast halves, skinned and boned
- 1/2 c. low-sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 c. fresh lime juice
- 1 Tbs. Worchestershire sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Mix soy sauce, lime juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic and mustard. Place chicken in bowl and pour sauce over it. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes (or more). Grill chicken.
