Ingredients
- 3 C. chicken broth
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 green onion
Preparation
Step 1
Heat chicken broth until boiling. Combine cornstarch and water. Slowly stir into broth. Bring to a boil; cook and stir until thickened. Reduce heat; drizzle egg into broth, stirring, constantly. Remove from heat and add onion.
