Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Velveeta
  • 1 or 2 cans of Rotel green chili's and tomato's
  • 1 pound of sausage ( R.B. RICES medium)
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup ( 10 1/2 oz)
  • 1 medium onion, chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Brown the sausage with chopped onion, breaking into smaller pieces while cooking. Place in crock pot, add the cheese, rotel (if you like a less cheesy dip add 2 cans of rotel if you would like it thicker and more cheesey add just 1 can)and cream of chicken soup. It will look a little thin at first but will thicken. Serve with Tostitos.
