Bistro burgers

Ingredients
- BISTRO TURKEY BURGERS
- 1 envelope dry onion soup mix, divided
- 1/4 ¼ cup plus 2 Tbsp water
- 1 pound lean (93%) ground turkey
- 1 egg white
- 2 Tbsp snipped fresh parsley
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 4 red onion slices, cut ½ inch thick
- 4 onion rolls, split
- 4 tablespoons honey mustard
- In large bowl, combine 3 tablespoons of soup mix with 2 tablespoons water. Add turkey, egg white, snipped parsley, and minced garlic clove. Mix gently but thoroughly. Form into 4 patties.
- Combine 1 tablespoon soup mix with ¼ cup water in small microwavable bowl. Microwave on high for 30 seconds.
- Place burgers and onion slices on grill. Brush both with basting sauce. Grill for 5 minutes; turn patties and onions and brush with basting sauce. Grill 5-6 minutes or until meat is no longer pink in center and onion is tender.
- Grill buns 1-2 minutes.
- Top burgers with honey mustard and onions.
