Ingredients

  • BISTRO TURKEY BURGERS
  • 1 envelope dry onion soup mix, divided
  • 1/4 ¼ cup plus 2 Tbsp water
  • 1 pound lean (93%) ground turkey
  • 1 egg white
  • 2 Tbsp snipped fresh parsley
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 4 red onion slices, cut ½ inch thick
  • 4 onion rolls, split
  • 4 tablespoons honey mustard
  • In large bowl, combine 3 tablespoons of soup mix with 2 tablespoons water. Add turkey, egg white, snipped parsley, and minced garlic clove. Mix gently but thoroughly. Form into 4 patties.
  • Combine 1 tablespoon soup mix with ¼ cup water in small microwavable bowl. Microwave on high for 30 seconds.
  • Place burgers and onion slices on grill. Brush both with basting sauce. Grill for 5 minutes; turn patties and onions and brush with basting sauce. Grill 5-6 minutes or until meat is no longer pink in center and onion is tender.
  • Grill buns 1-2 minutes.
  • Top burgers with honey mustard and onions.
