Shirl's Ribs

Ingredients

  • 1 glove of garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 chicken bullion cube dissolved in 1/4 cup water
  • 4 lbs ribs

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together.

Preheat oven to 450 degrees

Place ribs in a pan in a single row. Cook for 20 minutes. Remove pan from oven, remove all fat from pan. Pour sauce over ribs.

Set oven at 325 and bake ribs for 1 hour, turning once or twice until cooked and brown.
