Cheese Ball 1 Picture


  • 1 (5 oz) glass Old English Cheese
  • 1 oz Treasure Cave Bleu Cheese (4 oz pkge)
  • 1 large pkg Cream Cheese (8 oz pkg)
  • 1/2 Garlic bud
  • 1/2 small onion, grated
  • 1 cup ground pecan pieces
  • 12 sprigs parsley, chopped

Step 1

Mix first 5 ingredients together well; mix pecan pieces with chopped parsley; mix 1/2 cup with cheese mixture; form a large ball and roll in other half of nut-parsley mixture

[Note: Can be kept for weeks in refrigerator]
