  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1 tblsp.Taco Seasoning Mix
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 (10 oz) can condensed cream of onion soup
  • 1 (lb.) pkg. Frozen Mix Vegetables
  • 4 oz. (1 cup) shredded taco- flavored cheese
  • 1 ( 1-lb.) pkg. frozen miniature potatoe nuggets.

Step 1

Heat oven to 450F. spray 2-quart casserole with
nonstick cooking spray. Cook ground beef in large skillet over medium-high heat untill thoroughly cooked,
stirring frequently. Drain. Stir in taco seasoning mix and water.Cook and stir 2 minutes.
Stir in sour cream, soup, frozen vegetables and cheese.Cook untill bubbly, stirring occasionally.
Spoon mixture into sprayed casserole.
Top with potatoe nuggets.
Bake at 450F. for 25 to30 minutes or untill mixture is bubbly and potatoe nuggets are golden brown.
