Ingredients
- 1 pd small red potatoes about 12
- kosher slat and black pepper
- 1/4 c plus 1 tbl olive oil
- 4 small steaks
- 1 1/2 pd total
- 1/4 c crumble blue cheese - 1 oz - go light
- 2 tbl white wine vinegar
- 1 sm head boston lettuce, torn 4 cups

Step 1
cook potatoes
heat 1 tbl of oil
season steaks
combine blue cheese, vinegar and remaining oil
add lettuce and potatoes and toss
