Electric Skillet Fudge

This fudge is a favorite at our house. At Christmas time, because of its creamy texture, I use it to fill gift jars.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/4 cup oleo
  • 1 cup miniature marshmallows
  • 1 (12 oz.) jar chunky peanut butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Bring first 3 ingredients to a boil, 280 degrees. Cook five minutes, stirring constantly. Shut off heat. Add vanilla, marshmallows and peanut butter. Mix thoroughly and pour into greased platter. Cool and cut in squares.
